  Small chicken teriyaki no onion no cheese extra teriyaki sauce, mayo lettuce and tomato. Regular fries and fountain drink Crazy how comical that order is. I brought my wife’s drink her and returned to get my order from the line cook. When I returned Ruth was bad mouthing my order, and the way in which I ordered it. Rude as could be. Food was cooked fine. Just left a sour taste in my mouth from Ruth’s demeanor and absolute lack of professionalism.

  Charlie's needs to fix their mapping and addresses I drove across town only to find out I could not go inside because it was on a military base

  Horrible service. Waited for a single sandwich for a half hour. Only to find out they didn't check the receipt and gave my food to someone else. Don't eat here.
