  While the food was cook freshed, it was prepared with no gloves. And very slow. I ordered a burrito and fries combo and waited almost 20 minutes

  Having experienced Charleys Cheesesteaks in the Atlanta Airport and other places, this place should be ashamed of their total lack of attention to detail. And poor quality of food, or has this what has become.of this once great sandwich place. Issues; 1.Bacon almost raw and super thin and cheap 2.Barley. Hot enough to slightly melt the cheese 3.Meat was on the grill so short of a time it was just warm, and certainly not hot enough to melt cheese. Terrible waste of $16

  I had the Philly cheesesteak. It only had grilled onions and cheese and very little flavor. I'm from Philadelphia. I've had cheesesteaks my whole life and this one just didn't meet the mustard. My wife had the chicken cheesesteak which she thought was very good. So there we have two different opinions.

  Flavor was good but the amount of meat was minimal...I expected more from a chain focused on cheese steaks...
