  I used to really enjoy Charlie’s Cheesesteak — the first time I went, it was great and had that old-school cheesesteak flavor with plenty of cheese. But the last two times have been a huge letdown. I could barely taste any cheese at all. It felt dry and completely different from what it used to be. Very disappointed with the inconsistency — not sure I’ll be coming back.

  The bread was so soft and fresh. Everything tasted great, though I wished the bacon on cheese fries was a bit crispier/crunchier. The fries tasted like they had just sliced the potatoes- so fresh and tasty. Service was fantastic. Fernando was attentive and offered suggestions. We had the cheesesteaks this time but will be back to try the wings and (hopefully) the shakes. When they get the ice cream machine and we can get shakes, I’ll add a star. 😉

  I love this place, ive gone here since its opened, but yall got an employee in there that isnt doing their job. Most of the time the food is great, but sometimes theres barely anything on the sandwich, the portions are wrong(ordered large fry, got a small). I dont know who it is but yall gotta fire them.
