  The positive was they were able to get me in quickly with a broken tooth. The dentist didn't talk to me at all. Came in, took care of tooth for a crown. Assistant did the impressions...she had a problem with the mold being too big, told her it was hurting me..she did nothing to help the pain. I have had past bad experiences at the dentist and made sure I told them, before anything was started, that I may need a break. Back for permanent crown.. dentist didn't say anything to me again. I tried to let them know I needed a moment by waving my hand, I was ignored. Won't be back and my crown is rough on the inside.

  As usual, my appointment went well. Dr. Ballard and his staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond their own personal duties to help their patients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

  I had a swollen cheek, pain and a tooth that needed to be extracted, first time patient and they saw me same day and was down to earth real people caring about people and I definitely recommend them!! Thank you!!
