  Entered near closing time, wearing one their polos, and 3 men behind the register looked up at me, said nothing, and went back to their conversation. Went once around the shop, no one helped, so I exited. Dismal.

  Went to get shirts with the other groomsmen and the entire staff were great. They were patient and helped guide us with different options until we were all happy. Even went back a few times after checking out options at other stores. Appreciate all the help, made it an easy and great experience.

  Great store and outstanding service! Jonathan helped measure me for the perfect fit and helped me select 3 new shirts (all on sale) which look outstanding and wear like a dream. Jonathan was super nice and I would highly recommend this store!

  The customer service does not match other stores in New York and London … the selection was a bit subpar as well.
