  I love working with Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I’ve worked with other companies in the past and I appreciate Chapman’s level of work & excellent customer care. From the office to the technicians, their service is honest. There is no upsell in their approach to work projects. David is an amazing technician. He’s very knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to answer any questIons you may have. We’ve tried the others and Chapman is definitely the best!

  This past week we experienced our water softener blowing and all of our pipes being clogged with the silicone from it. It was unpleasant needless to say. Chapman impressed us from the moment we talked. Israel was so kind and calm even though we were highly stressed. The team Josh and Kordell came back the following days and while our problem go worse (house’s fault not Chapman’s) their service got better and better. These gentleman were wonderful to work with. They truly know the value of customer service and how to take care of their customer. We will be Chapman customers forever because of them. Thank you for helping us feel hopeful and settled when life felt so crazy.

  Not great. I was told a person would come out and look at why I had no water pressure and would repair it the day he visited. I was visited by a Sales person not a plumber. No one told me that. He said it will be working by mid afternoon. No one called or showed up. I called Chapman a little before 5 pm so to get them before closing. They told me they were on the way. One person showed a little after 5pm. I called again as the man who arrived was only told verbally what the problem was and he needed his partner. I called again and the lady said his partner was there at my house. I was on speaker phone so the man here could hear. He was not. She insisted he arrived while we were talking. Their guy confirmed he was not here. Chapman’s response was should they cancel the job. The second per showed up 30 minutes later at 5:45 to do a 4 hour job but first had to get a new water softener. Again do you want to cancel was the response. They came back the next day and completed the job. Well almost the had to come back to fix the water to the refrigerator. Salesman was full of bs. Workers were GREAT. Office staff were not even curteous.

  Service and quality and people were great at Chapman. Didn’t like the fact that we were denied financing from green sky and there we no other options available, we already have an loan from them for a softener and we had to pay out of pocket for the water heater. We have the money but it would have been beneficial to pay out over the year. our credit scores are excellent and have little debt outside the mortgage. They wouldn’t give reasons why we were denied.

  Zackery, Ray and TJ were a great team. Through, professional polite and pretty quick. Zack explained the process that they would be doing and fully answered all of my questions that I had. Clean up was great and everything ( except the dust) was back in place. Good efficient work by all three of them. I can easily recommend your Company and this team again. Also a thumbs up for Jeff Gambaccini recommending your service. Very pleased from first call to Chapman to Zack and team pulling out of the driveway. Nice working with all of your employees. P Weber
