  I was told my transmission was going out. Took it chance to see if it would be cheaper to rebuild verse replacing. Chance told me it was NOT my transmission but a my wheel hub. Saved me alot of money.

  There's really a lot to be said here, but Google won't let me say it all so here's the short version... My van was there for 5 weeks, it probably should have been done in 3 and it would have hurt me much less as a result. The work was done well, and there were a lot of obstacles (more than there should have been). I would be willing to use these people again or recommend them to others, however due to supply and staffing issues I would recommend waiting a while for them to get caught up and parts to become available before bringing your vehicle in. A lot of this is pandemic related so I don't really know how long you might want to wait, but if you really need the job done and you can't find any other way to get it done these people still delivered under very difficult circumstances (under pre-pandemic circumstances they said it probably would have only taken about 1 week). The only reason I rated it so low is because the two weeks longer that it took to find out there weren't any new transmissions to appease the insurance people could have been research done while waiting for other things (especially considering it is a common transmission and a place that specializes in transmission repair ought to be on top of stuff like that IMO)... Considering I was told this kind of thing is happening to quite a few other vehicles they have right now I decided to write this review more as a reflection of the whole experience rather than just a reflection on the business (something I very rarely do). I hope that the next time I come in things will be running smoothly and I can give this place a much better review.

  Called twice inquiring about a quote and no call back. Went with Fisher Transmission.
