- JMJohn McDowell1 day ago1.0The one star was for the responsiveness of the maintenance guys and the proximity to IMG. I could walk to work everyday, which was nice. Cons: The road noise was incessant here, all night long. The smell took a while to get used to when moving in. We killed 3-4 small roaches weekly. Trash pickup was hit or miss. The worst is the administrative policies. They gouge you with Spectrum internet that you can’t adjust to the 29.99 rate so that they profiteer off the 69.99 fee. They gouge you with a non-refundable monthly security deposit that would be drained regardless if you decide to go the traditional route of paying one upfront. $300+ in cleaning fees, $180 in water bills for a month and a half, and carpet cleaning that I doubt they will actually have done, and forcing you to pay with a cashier’s check for all of this. Just another way to profiteer, as most apartments will do.
