  Worst customer service experience. Had a scheduled grooming appointment for my dog for weeks. After we confirmed the apt I received a text stating that their would be a $35 fee if i canceled the apt without giving 72 hours notice. Seems fair. On the morning of his apt Champion kennels Texts me 1.5hrs before the apt to tell me THEY are canceling. No apology what so ever. (They did state that I wouldn't be charged the $35 cancelation fee jeez thanks lol) I had taken time off of work to make sure I was able to bring my dog and pick him up on time. Absolutely would never use their services!!!

  Champion Kennels is great! Have been taking my pooch there for a few years and she loves it. Great facilities.
