- JAJavier Arquer0Aug 26, 20241.0I took my beveling machine to get the chain timed and that was it while working in the area and since I’m from San Antonio I asked how long it would take and they told me two weeks average but it took them more than 6 weeks and I tried contacting them and they just told me they would get back to me but never did until I went back to San Antonio. When they called I drove to Houston to pick it up and when I got there I notice a bunch of new parts that I never asked to be put on, the balance came up to almost $900 and when I tried fixing the situation the manager was not to be found so I came back home empty handed. Eventually days later I got the manager to adjust the price and got him to promise the machine would get shipped to me but it never did and he never contacted me after that until I drove back to get it. Please people save yourselves time and money because i experienced the worse customer service in my welding career. We work hard for our money and it’s unfair the way I was treated.
