  I had a very enjoyable experience during my visit to this dealership. I worked with a gentleman named Noah who was extremely kind and helpful when I needed it. My previous car broke down and I needed a quick replacement. When I arrived, they already had the car I called about prepared for me to take on a test drive. After that, Noah worked with me to get the paperwork done as quick as possible. I was nervous, but he was very supportive and never once tried to pressure me into a purchase or deal I wasn't interested in. Now I am back on the road, and after a couple of weeks still very happy with my purchase!

  Ryan , Was in charge of helping my daughter purchase a vehicle (she was alone and this was her first time) I then came in the second time with her and was absolutely blown away with how respectful and willing to help Ryan was he’s completely changed my thoughts on salesman at car dealerships. In the future will definitely be coming back to Ryan , thank you again for helping my daughter get her Elantra! 10/10 experience

  I purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years. My experience with Chambersburg Hyundai was great! Calvin was very helpful as soon as I walked in. I never felt pressured, just great customer service. Keion in finance was very upfront with the costs of everything as we "worked the numbers." Above all, the management at this dealership is amazing! That is typically where most of my experiences are horrible and breaks most deals. Not here! If you're looking for a vehicle, just go to Chambersburg Hyundai and save some time not having to play the dealership games.

  After totaling my full size SUV, being cut out of it, and having no choice but to shop with my injuries, I was in no mind set to haggle or feel pushed in purchasing a vehicle. Our car shopping at Chambersburg Hyundai was beyond easy and a pleasant learning experience. Each and every staff member was kind and considerate and took their time with us regardless of closing hours, repeat questions or changing our minds. I positively love my Tucson and I feel certain I’ve made a lifelong friendship of my salesman. Noah Heines was far Beyond excellent. He took the time to explain and show us every single feature of multiple vehicles and some more than twice and if for any reason, he was unsure of the answer to our question, he did not guess or glaze over it. No, he instead went and obtained the correct and appropriate answer within minutes for us! And honestly, those moments were few and far between. You wish He Is a five star salesman and young man with a bright future as well as Chambersburg Hyundai is a five star dealership. We looked at multiple brands, In multiple cities, and I can tell you with 100% certainty NO other dealership, NOT ONE, even came close to the Customer Service that Chambersburg Hyundai And Noah provided for us. There was never a single moment of pressure or confusion, it wasn’t about just making the sale, they were all there, from the general manager on down to the kind woman who greets you at the door, there to assist us in the process of learning what Hyundai had to offer us not just in a vehicle, but in customer service and warranty as well. They were trying to get us the exact vehicle that would fit us, which made them a perfect sale with highly satisfied customers. Not five star, 10 STAR and hands above all the rest!!

  Great experience. My wife and I took her 79 year old mother in for a newer vehicle as her 2009 was on its last leg. Noah was amazing! He was not pushy and he wanted to meet her needs above all else. We got there around 9am and finished up around 4pm. It was a process but in the end she purchased a very nice used vehicle. Noah walked us around and introduced us to the service team and the management staff. Just to make her feel better about the dealership. She had many questions and he was able to answer all of them. As we moved through the process we felt part of the family. The dealership is very clean and the attention to detail to the smallest thing is apparent. They were never pushy but provided options to her that would benefit her in the end. I am a die hard Ford owner but after this experience, I could see myself changing my allegiance. I would recommend this dealership over any others in the Chambersburg area. Thank you!
