Gotta love these Tucson Businesses.. Called today to make an appointment for an estimate. Woman who answered the phone was curt and snotty.. moving on...
Response to owner: Thank you for your response. I'm concerned to read our call was not logged. It was most definitely placed. To clarify, yes, we were looking to have a previous repair (done by a different company) looked at, as the repair didn't hold. We understand that estimates are time, and time is money. We would never expect a "quick" estimate. I'm not sure what you were talking about there. However, the industry in general does offer free estimates. I don't recall if you did or not. However, according to you, you were not able to find a call from us, so I'm not sure why you went off on a tangent about estimates. If you don't offer free estimates, that may have been part of the reason for my review along with the curt snotty personality of the person answering the phone. And yes, you were not the only company we called to obtain an estimate from. In general, and I'm not alone here, whenever we call local Tucson businesses we often get incompetent service, rude or curt people answering the phone, a real feeling of you couldn't care less one way or another if you earned our business. Honestly, we are done with putting up with that. When it happens now, we are going to call it out on Google with bad reviews. My suggestion, don't let people like that answer your phones. They are the face of your business and they turn people away, just like us. We are now having just over 6 thousand dollars worth of repairs made, with another company that did offer a free estimate, and treated us well on the phone. Apparently you can afford to lose out on that. So you know, most HOAs are required by law or their By-Laws to obtain multiple estimates as part of the homeowner due diligence. We can't be paying for each estimate. You are losing business if you don't realize this. Also, If the industry standard is to offer free estimates, and you don't, then you should be willing to accept a review that states that. We have already found a suitable electrician to suit our needs, but we appreciate your response.
