  Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and can’t say enough about their customer service. I had an outdated model car key that broke and the professionals at Chaffee did not stop until the problem was resolved. They got my car started sooner than planned.

  I don’t know why they advertise as a 24 hour locksmith. They won’t answer or bother to call back.

  Fun to watch the family work. They picked our safe lock while we waited in the comfortable lobby. After 5 minutes the safe was open and we were greeted with a smile and our safe. Thanks!

  I went a little bit out of my way to get to the lok pro. But I had a recommendation so I was going to try it out. A gentleman named Derek help me out. He was professional, kind and excellent. I had two copies of my Kia Optima key made. I was in and out in under six minutes. Excellent service and definitely a fair price. I will definitely go back.
