    Ordered a part to be shipped overnight. 3 days later, it still hasn't arrived. Asked to cancel order as i don't needed it now or to waive the overnight shipping charge at the least and was told they can't cancel or wave the shipping charge.

    Absolute worst experience ever dealing with a dealer try to rent a machine was told it would be Available put a job under contract for the machine and then was told it was sold and I they could not help me try to buy a machine and the machine was sold out from under me will never use Chadwick Baross again absolute worst experience ever crossed my company a lot of moneyWas hung up on like two and phone calls never answered or returned
