This office has held both our Auto and Homeowners Insurance for many, many years. The level of customer service they provide no longer exists in the business world and we are more than grateful that they still stand by and support their clients to insure they get the highest level of service possible. I met Kathy the day I walked into that office to get our homeowners and auto policies switched from an office that would not respond to phone calls or back us up when we needed support from our Agent. From that day on, we have had full confidence that if we needed any assistance whatsoever, she (or in her absence anybody in the office) would be there willing and able to go above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and questions answered. We have never been let down by this office and we know we never will. They actually do care about their clients and assure that they are treated fairly. We got a phone call on the weekend from Kathy, after our home was struck by a tornado, to see if there was anything she could do for us or if there was anything we needed. Now that is customer service that again, no longer exists. We have nothing but praise for this office and am grateful for the day we transferred all of our policies to them.
