Do not recommend. Recently left this agent per lack of communication within his office, attitude & LIES from their front office staff. We had multiple homes & multiple vehicles with them. They tried gaslighting us on not reporting an accident and continuing to charge us for a month. Failed to communicate payment issues & once payed (for three months), they set up for cancellation the next month for lack of payment (???). Finally decided to pull another vehicle and requested a return of a payment I made that same day (staff gave me attitude & lied about my coverage when I requested this)- it's been over a month & I have not received it. We were with them for over a decade, but lately their front office staff failed to provide support & continuously made more issues than help provided.

Aurora is fantastic! I could not brag enough about her and everyone at Chad's office. Everyone is so genuine, knowledgeable and truly want to make sure your covered in all aspects of life. God forbid something happen to me, they have made sure my family is covered. So if you really want someone that has your back, do yourself a favor and go see Aurora!
