  Sydney made the process easy to understand. I'm the type of person to hesitate to move on anything, but she followed up 3 or 4 times and not in a pushy manner. She explained the policies, our coverage and our over $60/month savings WITH better coverage. She took care of the behind the scenes items quickly and I really appreciated that. I would recommend Sydney and Chad!
