  I’ve had a great experience with this insurance company! Every time I call, they answer right away and take the time to explain everything clearly. They’ve always been patient and helpful with all my questions. A special thank-you to Jewell — she is absolutely wonderful! So friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this company, especially thanks to her excellent service!

  Shockingly good customer support, I was taken aback by the helpfulness of the person I spoke to this morning, Mrs. Rachel Mangum. Uplifting, positive with a hue or quirky and quick but not too fast to where everything is flying over your head without you having a moments notice of what’s going on. Everything is simple and easy, even easier and simpler than anticipated with this company but especially this person. I would heavily recommend this company. I heavily recommend Mrs. Rachel Mangum as well. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I leave one today in personal hopes that this person sees nothing but positivity and some respect.

  Rachael at State Farm has been amazing to work with! The entire team is friendly, quick to respond, and always makes sure I understand my coverage. Great customer service and peace of mind knowing I’m in good hands. It’s refreshing to be able to reach a live person that’s truly cares! Highly recommend!
