Nick is a super polite and respectful guy and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was behind on my tax filing for 7 years and in a bit of a panic. He helped me immediately by accessing something on the Internet that gave him a rough idea of what I owed and true enough that turned out to be precisely what the end result was. That helped alleviate my anxiety. I wish he had a price menu, as I didn't like committing to a service without knowing what the final product would cost me, but he billed me a very fair price.
