Made appointment to fix, drove 2 hours in for appointment, they never showed although I called twice and was reassured that I indeed had an appointment and I was on the schedule. No communication except what I initiated. Haven’t had any issues other than this but their customer service needs attention. Second time was much better. I received notification from the dispatch that a technician was on the way, job was completed professionally and promptly.
