The system was warrantied through the previous owner and passed on to us. When our unit stopped working this afternoon I was worried about a huge repair cost. Billy talked me through multiple troubleshooting steps without having to book an on-site appointment. It was a sweaty fix in the attic but he helped me get my AC back and running in a personable, highly knowledgeable and professional manner without a dime out of my pocket. Absolutely stellar service.
