  Drove over but location appears to be closed. I count not find century federal and then drove to another location up the street, same thing. Update your websites and google.

  took car loan from them last year they took over 2 weeks to get loan to dealership and gave me different loan then one they told me on phone. I had it automatic deduction from my account. They deducted it early twice once day or 2 before then next month 9 days early before I can get money in account and since they did that and had some extra paid towards I said I will pay it off so they don't screw my credit because of taking money out. I will never deal with them again. Sad since years ago they were good and honored deduction date as they did before, If anyone from credit union is reading don't have anyone offer me loan anymore you lost my business

  Very slow customer service. No one greets you when you walk in the door. I waited 30 minutes to be seen by a banker. No one even acknowledged me. I left and won’t be returning.
