Highly suggest not living here. Lived in this complex for 3.5 years and had nothing but problems from the day we moved in. The day we moved in our apartment was horrendously dirty and had not been clean. Continuously had bad neighbors being loud past “quiet hours” causing the cops to be called on occasions. Was told from day 1 parking passes were being worked on and they were never issued or anything done about parking. People who don’t live in the complex was consistently at the pool to the point you could not enjoy your own communities pool. The gym always had broken equipment. Valet trash is terrible count on them coming MAYBE 1-2 times a week if that to collect your trash and their is no way around it. Towards the end we started seeing more and more bugs.. keep in mind you are FORCED to pay a “pest fee” but they never came at all. Lastly when we moved out we got our email with our security deposit amount that we were to be getting back and have gotten charged for MULTIPLE things that were NOT due to us. We MARKED it on the check list at move in yet they still are trying to charge us for the issues. If you call the office no one ever answers the phone or returns your calls or emails.. I would steer clear of this complex entirely.

Had a self-guided tour by the office manager. She was very friendly and welcoming. Every area of the rental community was nicely furnished and organized. An enjoyable experience.

I love the staff here. Miss Brianna at the front office has been so extremely helpful over the past couple years of living here they always put you first and the living conditions. Here are absolutely amazing for the cost. You have a beautiful pool and a beautiful gym in common area as well as a clean, beautiful apartment complex. I wish I could live here forever. The reason for the four-star is because the maintenance request I submitted through the app hasn’t been read or responded to. Other than that, it is amazing

My experience moving in August recently wasn’t the greatest at first. From me losing my dad 2 months prior and having to move fairly quickly, move in day the apartment had some issues. Eventually, when the new property manager Jessica got here, she kept in constant communication with me. The new maintenance manager Jose got here took care of all the apartment needs I had super quickly! So far, I’m loving this community! All the amenities are well maintained and clean!! Love the pool area!!

UPDATE: the tree is finally gone (imagine that). The trash issue is still gross. It’s sad seeing Angel and the new property manager out there cleaning it up almost daily, we have gross residents though. Mold is still an issue. So is the poop on the sidewalks. And the nasty hallways and stairs. And the lack of grass, dirt everywhere. They also need to do something about the trash at the pool on the weekends. Hire a weekend maintenance worker. Give Angel 2-3 guys. He’s deserves it. To Lauren: I won’t be reaching out because you were no help to me during the flooding incident and were the most condescending person with ZERO empathy for what we as residents experienced, forced us into new leases for something that was totally out of our control, and then made us sign documents saying to not sue you all for a totally preventable issue that the management company should have handled 2 years prior to the incident when there was the first flood, though not nearly as bad as Milton. The pump has yet to be installed and we are ramping up in hurricane season. I only pray we don’t get one like we did last year, or you’ll have a major class action lawsuit on your hands. It’s been almost a year and there is still a tree knocked over in the parking lot at building 2 from hurricane Milton. There are downed trees along the property as well. The landscaping is terrible, dirt patches everywhere, missing grass, etc. The building hallways are disgusting and haven’t been pressure washed since May-July 2024. The trash compactor is too small for the community. It was fine when all the first floor units were empty because they obviously flooded (for the second time) and everyone had to move out. But now that they are full and mostly college students are moving in, there is trash everywhere. HUGE piles of dog poop on sidewalks and grass, also from new tenants. Broken trash cans along the walking paths… teenagers and adults smoking weed on stairs. Constantly smelling cigarettes nowadays too. People leaving their dogs on patio for all hours of day/night and they incessantly back now. It’s horrible. If you work from home forget it. This place has gone downhill and I will not be renewing which is sad because I liked living here. It’s not worth the price tag anymore.
