- DDdrquackeryApr 14, 20193.0Had a rocky start with my move in, I had gotten a messed up lock, they provide locks and keys for clients, this is not optional, anyway, my key got stuck in the lock in the locked door, unfortunately I still had things I needed to store but improvised a short term remedy. I had to leave the facility with my key stuck in the lock and it just so happened to be the day the on site employee was helping a relative move. Everything got fixed with the key the next morning and all my interactions with this business since have been satisfactory.
