I would like to take a moment to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional work and dedication "FRANCIS ALMEIDA" brings. Your commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment does not go unnoticed. From ensuring timely repairs and inspections to managing day-to-day operations and responding to unexpected issues with professionalism and calm, your efforts have made a significant impact on everyone who lives and works in this building. Your reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect your deep sense of responsibility and pride in your work. Thank you for being a steady presence and for everything you do behind the scenes to keep our building running smoothly. Your hard work truly makes a difference. With appreciation, Iline N.

Terrible. Scheduled a virtual showing with a representative, received a confirmation email and a reminder email. Arranged my schedule around this appointment and then nothing. No one from the company called nor communicated that they needed to cancel. Emailed the representative shortly after the appointment was set to start and received no response.

277 Anderson Ave has the absolute best Building Manager! She is dedicated to keeping this building spotless and actually calls it ‘her building’, that’s how much she cares about it.
