No, never share your Login ID, password or Secure Access Code with anyone. Another person authorized on the account can create their own login.
How do I enroll in online banking?
You can easily enroll using the Login button on our website and selecting ‘First Time User.’ You can also download the Centris mobile app to enroll.
I saw a message that says I am locked out when I tried to login. How can I sign in to my accounts?
When a password is entered incorrectly three times, our security system will temporarily block access for one hour. If another attempt is made, the block is extended another hour. Please wait before login is attempted again.
What do I do if I can’t log in to online banking?
You can use the ‘Forgot Login ID’ or ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page. You can also call our Contact Center at 402-334-7000 Option 3 Online Banking Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

It is a randomly generated six-digit number used to verify your identity, which adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts. You can select to receive it by phone, text or push notification.
