  Terrible experience, life shattering. I Did business With this place for around four years, having no problem with them until the past year when I start struggle pay rent, but was always in touch with the manager about the situation and last time I spoke to the manager after making $150 payment in June 2025 I was told that everything was fine, and I told her that I would try to completely pay off the balance in about 6 weeks from then and she told me it would be fine. However, when I called back in July to make a $300 payment on the balance I had I was informed by a new manager, that the old manager was no Longer working there, and therefore she would have to do a little research But she would get back to me that Monday, but of course she never did and when I called back about a week later, I found out that they had auctioned off my unit without sending me a letter which is state law required, they Made no effort whatsoever to call me and let me know when the auction would, be nothing. What was in that unit was worth five times what my balance was so whoever got away with my unit really won the lottery. But the fact that they did not notify me that they would be auctioning it off, giving me one less chance to pay off the balance or participate in the damn auction for God sakes is Wrong. Clearly, this place is Morally Corrupt and Devoid of compassion. The new manager, it is rude, unhelpful, distracting, snooty, unintelligible, not a person of their word. With the business as a whole being shady and unprofessional as I can express. I’ve made several attempts to get in contact with the manager‘s boss, but for whatever reason, he seems to be unwilling to talk to me when all I am asking is why I was not notified of an upcoming auction for my stuff to be sold off, which is required by state law, but he just seems to be terrified to get in contact with me for whatever reason, And I’m forced to talk to the clueless new manager, who is unable to give Sensible or intelligible answer. What was lost in the storage Cannot and will not be replaced and while many of you will say well you should’ve paid your bill, I will tell you I paid that place over $5000 in the 45 months I did business with them, but the last year I struggled to pay with them, but always Keeping in contact with them. But they still Decided to be behind my back without warning me, to Sell all my most prize possessions Over a back balance of $1000 With everything in the storage unit being worth five times that balance. Due to the fact, they made no effort to contact me about the auction or selling my unit. I’m going to Seek legal advice because even if I was behind your payments, they are supposed to inform you that they Sell your stuff. Some people will have a good experience I sure as hell didn’t have a pleasant experience, dealing with a bunch of liars And crooks devoid of compassion or a moral compass.

  This is a great place to keep your extra stuff, good prices but most of all safe and secure. You don't haft to worry that your stuffs gonna come up gone around Centrex:)
