  Ron and his crew were wonderful to work with. Prompt, courteous and took extra good care of our items. We moved from PA to CO. On both ends they were very careful of our home and both packing and unpacking. It doesn’t get any better than these guys. They made us feel secure and took the worry out of moving.

  We chose Central Van & Storage after receiving estimates from four other nationally-known moving companies. Central Van easily stood out above the rest because they were willing to work with me on personalizing our moving needs. We were moving from PA to TX and weren't 100% sure of the move date, what we were taking, what we would need help packing, etc. Most importantly, we needed to stay within the budget my husband's company had provided for the move. Mark T., the rep I first met with for Central Van, agreed to meet me after normal works hours. He did an extremely thorough job inventorying our belongings to provide an accurate estimate. He knew the amount of our budget and came well within that amount. As we determined we weren't taking certain items (e.g. washer & dryer), Mark readily provided updated estimates. Eventually, I was transferred to Josh, the customer service rep. He kept me Informed with who was doing the moving, when they were coming, payment options, etc. Anytime I needed a question answered, he was always responsive and got back to me immediately. Moving is very stressful and at no point in the process did the professionals at Central Van make me feel as though I was bothering them. The actual move was as smooth as the process had been up to this point. Matt, the driver showed up on time with a crew of two guys on the first day and they took charge packing the items we had contracted them to take care of. They also got a jump on deconstructing furniture and that made the second day - the day of the actual packing of the truck - go quickly. A 10-room house , basement and shed was loaded and heading off to Texas by mid-afternoon. My husband reported the same professionalism on the receiving end. Fiurniture and boxes were brought to the rooms we needed them to be, placed where we indicated, and no one complained about having to move things as necessary. While we haven't opened all boxes yet, nothing appears to be damaged. They took great care with our belongings. We would 100% recommend Central Van. They were the best price, the best customer service providers, and the best moving experience.
