The website was very easy to navigate. When I realized I had the wrong address I immediately called the business. My order was already underway. She assured me of the process for hospital delivery. They also offered to do same day delivery. Later I received an email to confirm delivery. The process was seamless and felt very personal. I would highly recommend Central Square Florist
