  Was immediately greeted by a lovely, personable associate and asked immediately how they could help I was then partnered with Manager Nick Mazzarini who expertly walked me through creating a couple of accounts. Everything was explained in as much detail as I needed and it was all wrapped up quickly and conveniently A+ effort by all!

  I wouldn't trust this bank the Branch manager is a lier I asked about video to help with an accident he told me the footage didn't reach the road and there was no footage. Then he lied and committed purgery to a cop when the cop asked about the footage saying I pulled out of the parking lot in front of a southbound car which is a lie. The cops finally got the footage and apologized for their rudeness to me because they say on the footage that I was in the turn lane for over a minute and the southbound car went into the northbound lane and struck me. Such a bad and stressful experience. I wish I could give it no star on this review. Very poor management.

  It is not often that you find such fine people, all in one place. Nick and Michelle Bedrosian, you both went above and beyond to help me get this car loan while the dealership proved to be absolutely useless. You, and the people behind you at Central One are amazing. Highly recommended, particularly in a time where quality of service and personal attention is not easy to find. I can't thank you enough.

  I'm compelled to write this review after having one of the most seamless and pleasant experiences at Central One Federal Credit Union. It's rare to find institutions these days that truly prioritize customer service, but Central One stands out as a shining example. A special shout-out goes to Nick, the manager. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine concern for customers are absolutely commendable. It's refreshing to see such passion and commitment. To anyone considering banking or financial services, I wholeheartedly recommend Central One Federal Credit Union.

  I want to thank Branch Manager, Nick Mazzarini, and team for helping us with our auto loan. We got approved and funded in couple of days. He called us to pick up the check a few minutes before the branch was closing. It is hard to find excellent customer service nowadays. I highly recommend this Credit Union. Thank you Milford Branch!
