Was sceptical as last visit to urgent care wasn't good. This time it was excellent. Very busy but went like clockwork. Nurse Kasey and Dr Lo were super. Had an EKG and she was excellent also. Great job to all and thank you

I went to Centracare in June for dizziness and shortness of breath. The "doctor" I saw was focused on if I was pregnant even though I told him there was literally a 0% chance due to my husband's vasectomy. He still tested me. His other concern was anxiety. I was calm cool and collected. He was going to send me home with nothing. I said not even anything for my dizziness. Then he said are you dizzy when you tip your head up. I said yes. Then he gave a med for dizziness. Fortunately I can advocate for myself. Now in August. Dizziness is back. I refused to go to the ER or Urgent Care. I wanted a normal doctors appointment. I saw a doctor in Melrose who diagnosed me with Vertigo. It was a very easy lay down and tilt your head test. Thanks Dr. Gaslighting at Urgent Care your stupidity just cost me 2 days of work. The only other time I went to Urgent Care was for a broken finger. While bracing my finger my finger kept turning white. I kept mentioning it. Finally I had to get assertive and advocate for myself. They braced my finger a different way so my finger stopped turning white. I would have lost my finger. I broke my finger on a Sunday and was advised that if St. Cloud Orthopedics didnt call me by Wednesday to call them. Urgent Care didnt even send the referral until Wednesday. I went to a hospital in the cities Monday had my finger braced properly and was treated by an orthopedic specialist that Friday. When I got home from that Orthopedic specialist in the cities St. Cloud Orthopedics finally called. I laughed and said you are almost a week late. St. Cloud Ortho said they just recived the referal Wednesday. Don't got to this Urgent Care. Go to Alexandria or Maple Grove. A cashier at a burger joint could provide better medical care.
