The care my husband received was adequate but when the bill came insurance had paid except for the medication he received while admitted. Thinking this was a mistake we called to have them correct it and rebill insurance. We were told "they don't bill insurance for medication", if we want to file a claim with our insurance they would send us a copy of the medications he received while there. They would not explain why they bill for all others services but not medication and reacted with irritation when I questioned it.

I unfortunately broke my foot while on vacation and was seen right away in the ER. The staff were very professional. The wait for xrays and treatment was not long at all. The hospital was very clean and technologically up to date. I felt like I received quality care!

My friend Hailea had her son Harvey Friday the 8th. This hospital treated her and her family poorly for exercising her rights to leave and have newborn testing done somewhere that didnt traumatize her then proceeded to run test on her cord and placenta without consent which she has provided the public with proof. Unfortunately she has a following and friends we will be reporting every nurse and doctor that was on her and Harvey team for medical malpractice centracare should be closed and investigated as from reviews shes not the only victim. Let this be a lesson to follow the law. Just because she recreationally uses does not mean she should have been treated any less. Her rights are still valid under law.

My visit was less than a hour thru admit to release (45 minutes). Spent more time in my doctors visit than the ER. Everything was rushed during non busy time (Tuesday afternoon), made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. ER doc misdiagnosed me, debating legal action. Intake desk people were good, the ER staff (doc, rn) were just rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
