  Since moving to Centerbase, our time entry, billing and - most importantly- information reporting has been much more efficient. We close the month and distribute reports in a few days.

  We’re nearing the completion of our full implementation with Centerbase, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. After over a year of research to move from outdated legacy systems to a cloud-based solution, Centerbase stood out above the rest. Migrating over 20 years of data was no small task, but the Centerbase team made it a true collaborative effort. Every single team member went above and beyond to tailor the platform to our unique needs. A special thank you to Nicole Atkins, EJ Arboleda, Jared Powell, Carson Baily, and Robin Neill—their expertise, communication, and unwavering support have been nothing short of stellar. Transitioning to a comprehensive practice management system can be overwhelming, but this team made it not only manageable, but even enjoyable. I’ve come to see them not just as project partners, but as friends. I highly recommend Centerbase and applaud their leadership for building such a remarkable team.
