  The girl at the front desk, Victoria, is absolutely amazing! Every time I walk in, she greets me with a big smile and makes me feel so welcome. She’s friendly, encouraging, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The medical assistant, Melissa, is super sweet and always manages to make me laugh — she has such a great personality and makes every visit so much more comfortable. And my provider, Cathleen, is truly exceptional. She takes her time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel cared for and understood. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. The whole team works so well together and makes each visit a positive experience!

  The staff was very pleasant from the moment I walked in. The office was neat and clean. The provider was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. All my questions were answered. I will recommend LIWLI to my coworkers and family.

  I’ve been on and off my weightloss journey for years…..the doctors never makes you feel ashamed. Start over as many times as you need and never give up….you will be encouraged every time and directed in the best steps to take towards success….never give up on yourself….Book that appointment TODAY
