Grateful to the Lord we have found the Centennial Station condos for rent. I could not be more happy as it is a gated, quiet community with an easy drive to the university. Pets are welcome, special needs, service, and ESA welcome and accommodated. Bria Million at the central office accompanied us through all the paper work. This professional emailed to us every link to assist us with our application and setting up all the services. We truly appreciate all Bria's help and attention. She made every step in the application and move-in process fast and easy. As for the amenities, they are amazing: swimming pool, dog park, lots of green lawns, flowers, and shady trees, playgrounds, reading or relaxation zones, picnic areas, and more. The Club House is simply stunning! Landscaping is kept clean and well-maintained. Washer and dryer in every unit. Lots of parking, yet, some units come with garages. The condos are renovated, clean, and nice. Thank you to Bria and thank you to the management of this complex.

The amenities are nice, the environment is relatively quiet and the I don't have or hear of issues amongst neighbors. You will occasionally hear others but with my specific building it hasn't been terrible. The cost is pretty high, on the end of the highest for apartments and the rent does seem to increase every year (although not by an egregious amount). I do wish there were renewal deals or at least a price lock for continuous tenants. The maintenance staff is the quickest and nicest I have ever experienced. They are easily one of the highlights. The complex does community improvements in the summers that also help with ease or attractiveness to the community. The gym is clean but small, the pool is nice sized and decked off. The gates will occasionally break or have system issues but they are often tended to quickly. They typically leave them open while fixing. This tend to be an issue for some tenants. This is a very pet friendly (especially dog) so if you aren't interest with living amongst animals I wouldn't recommend.

Honest review of centennial station I toured centennial station (as a young single professional) in the summer thinking how beautiful the community was and was convinced to move here. Nearly the day I moved in, I wanted to leave. If I could summarize the main issues: 1. There is NO SOUNDPROOFING. You will hear everything, everywhere, all the time. Car door slamming at all hours of the night/morning is common. I haven’t gone a night without earplugs. If you are unfortunate to live on a lower unit, you hear pets running around, shutting cabinets, walking, washers/driers…and it’s all amplified. You can hear full conversations from people outside and inside their apartments. 2. This community is right next to a railroad, under an airport flight path, police station, and a major road. You hear all of it plus fireworks and sirens. 3. The management did not want to solve tenant noise complaints. Over a year of the same issue persisting. The solution is YOU moving out or you paying much more to move units. 4. Every tenant pretty much has a pet(s) with added pet excrement everywhere in the surrounding grass. I also witnessed the occasional large dog attack other dogs in broad daylight. Lots of barking. 5. The facility fees are exorbitant on top of high utility fees. I pay minimum 140 for utilities due to bad energy efficiency and high carrier fees for this area. For a studio, I pay 1700 a month. They raise prices every year. The extra amenities like fire pits are almost always broken. The area around the dumpster usually smells very ripe. 6. Gates are always broken. Food delivery drivers are constantly coming in and out which totally negates the “gated community” perk. 7. 60 day notice makes it very hard to move out. The termination fee is astronomical. Month to month is also expensive. 8. There is little privacy as well; directly in front of apartment windows are parked cars or looking across the parking lot at other tenants. There is a reason there are a plenthora of available apartments and constant revolving tenants…. I wanted to write a review I wish I could reference before moving here. I do want to point out that the maintenance team is fantastic and they take concerns seriously. They are friendly, have quick turn around, and will replace whole appliances to solve the problem. They deserve 5 stars :).
