  Perfect Amenities, luxury apartments, quick response to maintenance requests, this place really lives up to its reputation, many thanks to the amazing staff at the leasing office (Michaela, Chloe, and Eric) and to the manager Jonsua for their continuous support and making the experience here joyful.

  Been living here for over a year already. I love everything from amenities, the community activities, the pool and professionalism the staff provide! Maintenance are very quick and responsive to our concerns. These negative comments are not it… its an apartment complex anything can happen here. You should never leave anything valuable in your car. These apartment are very luxurious, i have nothing but great things to say about it. Management does care about your concerns and are quick to respond. Thank you Cendana for everything !

  The process was super easy and straight to the point. Vero could’ve been better, but Chloe, Michaela and Erick really helped me out and made everything smooth. My application is still pending, but I’m already excited to move in grab a coffee and chop it up with the staff. The podcast room is definitely my favorite spot and I don’t even live here yet

  Michaela was beyond amazing, although my timeline to move here is not yet set on a specific date she was very patient with me. She set proper expectations for pricing and was super engaging on our tour. She really helped me know where I would like to stay and was gracious enough to invite me to community events. I definitely recommend speaking with her and with Chloe, who was also incredible, if you think of heading on over! Bless you guys

  This place advertises “luxury,” but delivers crime, lies, and negligence. No security, constant noise from upstairs tenants, and hidden fees that trap tenants with thousands in charges. Avoid at all cost Living in this apartment complex has been one of the most stressful and unsafe experiences of my life. Management from on-site staff to corporate leadership has consistently failed to take responsibility for serious problems affecting myself Not just Noise its the constant throwing of the furniture, marching not normal walking and Lease Violations Since moving in, I have dealt with constant noise from upstairs neighbors, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and lasting until midnight. This has been ongoing for months without resolution. Parking Issues and Harassment There are no designated parking spaces for residents. Outsiders frequently use the lot, leaving tenants to fight for spaces and often face harassment from others who claim certain spots as “theirs.” Management refuses to implement fair parking rules or protect residents from these conflicts. Security measures compromised With main entrance door has been broken for almost two months. Security cameras exist only at the front gate, not within the property where residents actually live. Even management admits that “even if the gate is closed, anyone can follow you in.” That statement alone proves how unsafe this complex is. On September 23rd around 10 a.m., I found both passenger-side windows of my 2025 Camry (purchased only six months ago) completely shattered. The tire nuts were tampered with, my glove box ripped open, my debit card stolen, and my trunk rummaged through. Corporate and Lease Deception When tenants try to cancel their lease due to these issues, both property and corporate management insist we must repay the “free rent special” given at move-in. This condition was never clearly explained at signing. It is nothing more than a trap to keep residents locked into unsafe, neglected apartments. Dishonesty and Lack of Accountability Management not only fails to act but also misleads residents. They minimize safety issues, dismiss concerns, and deception about what protections are in place. They refuse to accept responsibility even when clear negligence is involved. Tenants are paying nearly $2,000 per month for a so-called “luxury” apartment but receive none of the safety, security, or service that should come with that price. Management has failed on every level: noise control, parking, security, and honest communication. I no longer feel secure in living this aprtment if this happened to my car it can happen to anyone and yet they will not take any responsbility my car did not even had enough miles this was brand new car. This apartment complex is unsafe, mismanaged on so many levels. For your safety, peace of mind, and financial security, I strongly advise you not to sign the lease with this apartement.
