The employees at this store are extremely friendly and very detailed and the work that they do and how they explained what they are doing. The man there was happy to answer all of my questions and gave me some tips on how to prevent the loss of data on my phone in the future. After my experience with thumbs I will never go to another repair shop again. They also do computer repairs as well. Hopefully I'll never have to use them. But if I ever do have an emergency I am taking my electronic gear directly to them.
