We were misled from the beginning of the project, then after paying for multiple design revisions, it was clear that the budget was well beyond what we agreed to. When we decided to stop the project, they kept what was supposed to be a refundable $5,000 deposit. To us, they have been unprofessional and dishonest, basically we now need to decide if we want to pusue further legal recourse.
