The Vet that we saw was absolutely incredible, we forgot to get her name but she went Above and Beyond for us after we had a tramatic experience with one of our babies and was treated horribly by the vet we had the emergency with. She took extra time out of her schedule to comfort us and explained what the medications were for and even said 1 wasnt necessary, as the previous vet just threw them in a bag and told us to read the labels and figure it out. The energy and atmosphere in the office was so warm and welcoming to both our baby and us. Thank you

This is a cheap spot. It was better with the old owner… he still works here as a vet, but he doesn’t have much of a say on how they run things anymore. I was learning about which vaccines my dog needed and the ingredients in them- the girl on the phone became irritated and short with me. Upper valley has won my business with their kindness and ability to answer my questions.

If I could 0 stars I would and I wish my fiancé and I checked out the reviews for this place first. I honestly find it crazy that it somehow has 4 stars still with all the reviews I’ve seen. This vet has some of the worse practices I’ve seen and heard of, I don’t know if it’s due to the policies of the company or due to the vet itself, but from what I’ve seen from the owners replies to other bad reviews it’s likely a root problem. We having been taking our cat to this vet ever since we got him; which makes it nearly 4 years since making this review. His breath has been really bad his entire life and his meow never sounded like an actual cat, it has always been very soft, raspy, quiet and nothing like an actual meow. This last visit we took him in for his normal check up and we learned that he had 1 decaying tooth and that we needed to get him checked for Leukemia and Aids because we weren’t sure if he got those before; which was a good call. Luckily he didn’t have those so the next step was to get that 1 tooth extracted. We bring him in and drop him off for surgery at around 8 am. Around 3:30 pm we come to pick him up and we learn that he got 4 teeth extracted due to root exposure and they checked his eye as well prescribed an eye ointment. None of this was mentioned prior to the visit and we also never received a call for these extra things they had to do. This all changed the price from 350 to 539. Come post operation he’s recovering well and has gone through all of his pain meds. The bad breath he had for 3+ years was gone and his meow that was so different from any other cats now sounds like an actual cat’s meow. This means that our cat has been suffering from the tooth decay for about 3+ years and it been causing him pain and probably swelling to change how he meows. We have been taking him to this vet the entire time and they were never able to catch it. It makes me think if we caught it earlier would we have even needed the 4 teeth extracted because the others had to be pulled down to root exposure. Decaying teeth cause gums to recede and cause the root exposure. I couldn’t ever recommend this vet to anyone. Maybe things will change in the future but as it stands now I would steer clear of this place until you see changes.
