    This is a horrible bank. They don't have manners. Don't recommend. Always problems with online banking.

    My wife and I have had many problems with this Bank. One time I called to confirm that my wife could talk to them because for some reason they needed to talk to me in order to talk to my wife even though we had a joint account and are married. I wanted to change my email on my login and a lady scoffed because when I was trying to have my wife have the same login as me she didn't like that idea she kept insisting that my wife had to have her own separate login even though we had a joint account and again are married! One time a lady got sarcastic with me and asked me if I wanted to shut my account down now just because I told her that I was getting sick of this bank and that I was going to be leaving the bank soon! They are out of line there and very immature and this bank has been robbed before. I've banked at this bank for 7 years before I closed my account and they barely waved any overdraft fees not that I was overdrafting all the time but pretty sad they couldn't help somebody that has been banking there for a long time. My wife and I had a friend that used to work there and she left because it was a terrible Bank. I do not recommend this bank to anybody and will be spreading the word to everybody not to go here. Also there's always problems with their online banking and they have constant maintenance issues going on especially on the weekends when you need to use your online banking the most. My wife and I were on a vacation one time in California and Chicago and they shut down the account because we were in a different state instead of calling or texting first so I had to call them to let them know that we were out of state and we were the ones using our debit cards. They should call or text first before they just shut down your cards so you're not stranded. We told you guys that we were going to leave and you guys didn't listen so good luck with future clients.

    Nope. Don't go here. My husband and I had a joint account and we are married and they wouldn't allow me to talk to them without my husbands permission. They also slapped overdraft fees left and right even though we had money coming in every week (not that we overdraft all the time) they always have problems with their online banking and they shut your card down whenever THEY think there's fraud instead of contacting you first before they shut down your cards. They are VERY rude and one time when my husband called to ask a simple question a lady got mean and my husband said we are shutting down our accounts once we have time to and a lady said "would you like me to shut the account down now?!" In a belittling sarcastic type of way. They are very unprofessional. They even started to choose when certain bills could go through instead of letting the payments go through when we had the money in our accounts. There's a few times we paid our rent online and cedar rapids Bank & trust sent the money back to our bank account instead of paying our landlords. My husband and I had a friend that used to work there and she left because they're horrible. On the news it said this specific Branch got robbed as well. Even though they have insurance in case they get robbed who would still want to go to a bank that gets robbed. We told you cedar rapids Bank & trust that we are going to leave and we finally did it we will be spreading the word to our friends and family to not come here!

    So far, my favorite bank! They remember you and make you feel like you are a special client. Always happy and relax, that is why I prefer to enter to the building than over the car or the phone.
