  If I could give them zero stars I would. Went to this location to cash memorial checks with my father for my mother who passed away recently. The lady who helped us “Angela” and another lady whose name I didn’t get were extremely rude and unhelpful. Stated my mother’s name was not on the account anymore (because she’s dead and we had to take her off the account two weeks ago) and questioned us like we were criminals. Suggested that we go to a different location where people would know us? They also said we could not cash memorial checks and they would need to create a different account for them? Unfortunately we needed to cash these checks to be able to give the money as donation to a non-profit organization in my mother’s name. They also did not even ask for my father’s identification or a letter proving he is the executor of the estate. Extremely disappointed by the treatment we received at such a sensitive and difficult time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  One of the few banks that not only has a free checking account, but actually pays you to bank with them! Very friendly atmosphere where the staff knows you by name. The cookies are a nice bonus, too!
