Everyone at CRBT is wonderful! After being with the same bank for 14 years that was bought out by a larger company, I decided to move to CRBT and they have been nothing short of amazing! James, Tyler, Wendy, Amanda, and the rest of the CRBT team has taken such good care of me and always know my name when they see me. Coming from a credit union, CRBT feels like family with their amazing customer service and hospitality the second you walk in the door. I highly recommend their baking services!

We LOVED them for years, but recently they have become untrustworthy. Nearly impossible to get the right person on the phone, and this week they just TOOK our loan payment from my wife's account without telling us they were going to. We'd been late before and they always worked with us. TWO hospital stays (and the ridiculous bills) got me a little behind. I ALWAYS paid up when I said I would and NO PROBLEMS.
If they had TOLD us they were TAKING it, that would have been different.
NOW since they own half our house they think they can treat us like crap. They were never like this before, but SOMETHING changed THIS YEAR.
I wonder what it was? (wink)

absolute worst customer service. i recently relocated to a different state but kept my account open bc i genuinely did enjoy banking with them. however, they turned my debit card off without notice because they detected fraud. my card kept declining and i didn’t know why. i call them and they explain the situation. okay cool well i need a new debit card because im without one now and i have bills that are linked to this debit card. i ask if it can be overnighted and they say no. weird but whatever. it’s now been 2 weeks and i call them again and they sent it to the wrong address. so now i have to wait another 2 weeks? they said they could overnight this one since it was a mistake on their end. why wasn’t this an option from the very beginning? i’m behind on several autodraft bills now due to their mistake and STILL without a card. will be closing my account once i find a new bank in my new area

Worst banking app I have ever experienced.. I’m done banking with them.. it’s always something.
