They have been very patient with us and are always ready to listen to suggestions. They know the property business well and have come up with many ideas which have added both utility and value to our properties. Nick has been particularly good at regularly coming up with "out of the box" solutions that, at first glance, were not all that obvious, but upon further consideration and execution turned out to be exactly what was needed. Nick is very good at looking at the entirety of a project (in our case, multiple properties) and coming up with solutions that benefit not only exterior/landscaping aspects of a property but also how one decision can have cascading effects on other seemingly unrelated issues (ex; how drainage from multiple properties may affect buried electrical cable serving other properties). In short, Cedar Hill does a great job! Their work is always meticulous. And regardless of the time of day, or the time of year (BTW, they do work for us year-round), they show up when they say they are going to show up and they get done what needs to be done in an expeditious, thoughtful and straightforward manner. Also, they are really good guys and are, frankly, just fun to have around. We highly recommend them!
