They always respond in a timely manner to our requests for help and always seem to get to the root of our issue. I would highly recommend using CB. Ken R, a very satisfied customer!
- CMCory MettlingAug 21, 20252.0Used for a couple years for lawn treatment. The lawn care was pretty good, and price was better than others like TruGreen. Communication and customer service was not the greatest. When scheduled services were cancelled, there was no communication as to why. I had a late-season scheduled service cancelled without any contact other than to say it was cancelled and would be rescheduled. This happened several times, and it ultimately never happened as it got too late in the year. When I reached out the following year about this, they refused to provide a refund for the service that I paid for but did not receive, because I didn't ask about it during that same year. They also did not express any willingness in trying to make it right by applying a credit/discount on the upcoming services. Turned out it was being cancelled because there were fall leaves on the lawn, which were low on my priority list at the time due to a 9 months pregnant wife, and then a newborn with some health complications. Had I been told this was why the services were cancelled, I would have made it a higher priority.
- JHJon HartJun 6, 20251.0My wife had concerns as they sprayed weed killer around our 1 year old daughter’s toys. They didn’t communicate times they were coming and said weather permitting they would come on a certain day. No texts that they are on way for service. Only knew they were spraying as I saw the guy spraying by daughters toys out the window. Wife called them and this one lady was rude and didn’t understand frustrations about safety and spraying children’s toys out in yard. Then they texted to talk to manager after lady was rude my wife called the manager and turns out it was the lady’s husband. I’m not sure how that is okay and not a conflict of interest and Nick was also rude to my wife and didn’t express any concern regarding safety. Furthermore the weed killer didn’t work or they didn’t even spray where we wanted them to. You’d think they would have communication asking where we want them to spray and let us show them or knock on door and let us know before they started as a common courtesy. 0 communication about everything, extremely rude. Would not recommend. Update 3 weeks later: The spray they used didn’t even work on the Canadian thistles as they promised it would as they are everywhere in our yard still. Imagine paying $80 to get disrespected by husband and wife employees, we saw them spray right by our toddlers toys outside and their product didn’t even work!
