I just want to warn eBay sellers. Someone with this address ordered a high value item from me (PlayStation 5). When the item was delivered to them, the buyer committed fraud with their bank via a chargeback and said the order was not authorized. They ended up getting money back from the bank and they got to keep the PS5! DO NOT SHIP EBAY ORDERS TO THIS ADDRESS! I have notified law enforcement.
