What is Cato Fashions return policy?
With your receipt, items with original tags attached and in new, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date. After 30 days or without an original receipt, we will issue an exchange or store credit at current selling price. Yes! Order can be shipped to your local Cato store for free. During checkout, select "Free Ship to Store" as your shipping option. Free Ship to Store orders are shipped with our weekly store shipments, so please allow up to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has arrived in store.
