  Juan at Catlett's REALLY helped me out when I was in a tight spot this week. He personally made all of the difference. I caught a flat on 97 going into work and they dispatched Juan to tow me. After I hung up with the office, I got a call from Juan who advised me on how to be safe while I was waiting, and how long it would take him to get to me. I got another call from him when he was 2 minutes out - he told me he was going to park his truck in front of me, and that I should climb into the passenger seat when he did. After Juan had my car on the truck, we got off the interstate and looked at my tire. He was able to find the puncture quickly, and unfortunately the tire would have to be replace. I had already spoken to my dealership and they wouldn't be able to fix my flat the same day, so we started calling around. I had special tires on my car and nowhere had them in stock - the best I could find was being seen at 3pm the same day (missing a full day of work). Juan happened to have a friend at my dealership, so he gave her a call to see if they had the tire and could squeeze me in. Sure enough, his friend pulled through and they were able to see me immediately. They had the new tire on, and i was able to make it to work by noon. Freaking magic! I'm paid hourly, so there is a real difference in missing 4 hours of work versus 2 days. Juan made all of the difference. He was very professional, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be pointing my friends to Catlett's, and telling them to ask for Juan.

  I’ve been a long time customer throughout the years but I’ve never thought to leave a review about how awesome this Family business and its employees are. I recently took my truck in without an appointment because I felt I had a certain failure happening. They were able to look at my truck in a respectful amount of time. I received a call that they throughly inspected the concern I had and found no problems at all. Mind you this was a wear item I had them inspecting. We’ve all heard the stories of shops claiming things need replacement when in fact they did not require it.. Well Catletts is not like that. They could have easily said yes sir it’s failed miserably and we need to replace it but instead they ensured me the inspection showed the part had plenty of life left. I gladly paid the very fair charge of miss diagnosing my own vehicle. Many thanks to this awesome team.

  Top notch! Recent breakdown late at night & they quickly responded, towed my truck & fixed within two days. The dealer couldn’t do this work under warranty for nearly two weeks. More importantly, there was an issue & they quickly resolved & warrantied their work. I would highly recommend Catletts for both towing & service work! They exceeded my expectations & stood behind their work. A rarity in today’s world. Give these guys a try.

  I hope this is the right place I was reading the woman’s shirt I was driving down interstate 64 going on vacation with my kids when my tire went flat I must have been sitting there for 2 hours until the lady stops her name was Jessica she was also going on vacation with her family without hesitation she asked if I had a spare and I told her yes her son got out and helped us unload the back of my car to get to my spare tire and then she changed my tire on the side of the interstate. She was a saving grace she wouldn’t take any money she told me she stop cause it was the right thing to do and told me to enjoy my vacation. so if this is the Catletts towing that has a young lady named Jessica working she is amazing and I’m very thankful for her. I hope she enjoys her vacations with her family she is an angel. Thank you Christina
