  Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, he was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. You can tell he truly cares, not just about the food, but about helping create a beautiful experience. He listened closely, asked all the right questions, and made sure every detail was just right. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make it special really stood out. The variety and creativity in his menu made it nearly impossible to choose... in the best way possible. We will definitively hire him again

  We had such a wonderful experience! Mark, Blanca and their team were amazing to work with. They are extremely reliable, kind, organized and helpful. They handled the full setup/breakdown and took care of everything from the food to the linens, dishes, silverware and more. Mark definitely relieved so much stress off our shoulders. The staff was super friendly and helped make the day feel extra special. We added a sundae bar. It was a big hit with both the kids and adults! I would recommend them and would love to work with them again. Thank you so much, Mark and Blanca!

  Chef Mark is a wonderful person who shows passion thru his work! He truly cares about making the client happy and will go far and beyond to ensure your event will be extraordinary. Chef Mark and his team were Exceptional and very accomodating within our budget. All our guests had a blast during our wedding and we would use his services again in the future for all our family events! Thank you Blanca for always willing to work with different food items and you were so kind and sweet when discussing all possibilities.

  Mark helped us with the details from getting floors to tents with lights he knew good companies with reasonable prices. I really liked his service staff they were all really nice and pleasant. We did an at home wedding and it felt just as beautiful as any venue. The food was good especially that ahi tuna appetizer YUM… Mark offered the most for the same value most caters were charging for just the food!!!! Overall Mark made it easier to self plan our wedding and not having to pay extra for a wedding planner.
