  Service was okay. The only problem I had was the staff on duty figures. Everyone had used their scales previously when it wasn't the case. The staff instruction was not clear, and improper instructions were given.

  this scale is not correct/calibrated. yesterday i did 1 first weight and 2 reweights with same load with only adjusting the axels and there was huge difference between each gross weight. i informed the guy on duty. and did another weight with me at the desk and my codriver bringing it to the scale , there was another difference of weight even if i take my weight off. so, after noticing this the gas station attendant called someone and after that told me to call CAT. so, the question arises who is responsible. Even though the cat is guaranteeing that they would fight but at end of the day it is the driver only who would suffer. My request is to kindly take thsi matter seriously. thanks

  The scale is very typical. You have to stand before entering the scale. Wait for a green signal. Then you can go. Sometimes its a long wait. Still you can weigh. Not sure how cat app works on it.
