  Went on 09/13/25 and 9/14/25. Both staff members were awesome. Was greeted and was given excellent customer service. Both staff members took care of multiple groups and people at the same time. Give these ladies a raise 😎💰Smithfield, North Carolina

  I love coming to shop here! So many great options and deals, it’s nearly impossible to pass up on the savings. Teresa was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great customer service. She makes the trip to the store in Smithfield absolutely worth it (since this is the closet DXL/Casual Male for me by over 2 hrs)

  AMAZING i got new shoes and it fits perfectly and it’s great for big and tall people and they have so many selections it’s worth going here!

  Took my hubs in and we had a great experience! Teresa (I think that was her name) was wonderful! She was super encouraging about different clothing items and what colors would look good on him. We are excited to have columbia and the other new brands come in bigger sizes!
